After WDHB identified Focus as preferred tenderer, we were involved in value engineering exercises whereby we assisted in the selection of more cost-effective products and materials, such as changing the timber to steel stud walls, changing joinery details to a cheaper option, deleting the tiles and other decorative fixtures such as using timber feature batons that were left over from another project (but still new).
We were additionally able to procure long lead items for the electrical works before the contract was signed.
